Idol Post

So, what did everyone think? It was a good show last night. Once again, I think Melinda and Blake were the best. Lakisha and Gina were good too. Chris was awful - his voice is good but he just doesn't have it. Plus, rumor has it he goes to Bob Jones University. Yikkes!

And the hair, need I say more.

OK, so Michael and I watched Idol tonight, just to see what you guys are talking about. With five minutes left, Michael realized that we were missing The Sopranos AND we were eating big plates of homemade Spaghetti Bolognese. He was none too pleased. Plus, Gwen Stephani sucked pretty hard. I guess it's just not meant to be for us and Idol. However, even we can tell that Sanjaya blows! (The girl who did the Donna Summer song was my favorite, whichever one that was).

I still say there is a block of Customer Service Reps from India flooding the phone lineswith votes for Sunjaya. How else? Peggy, either Lakisha or Melinda did Donna Summers. The heavy girl in the beginning is Lakisha. I still am saying either Melinda or Jordin or Blake. Lakisha is awesome but I don't think she will win. And on second thought either will Jordin.
I think Gina is great, too. Actually, Idol girls rock and the guys are generally weak. Peggy, give it some time..don't just watch once. Record the Sopranos.

I liked whoever did "Last Dance". That judge was so rude when he picked "Curly" as the one that would go. That guy looked like Ozzy's son. Have any of you watched "The Family Jewels" reality show with Gene Simmons from Kiss? So funny. New season on Sunday night-back to backs :)

That would be Lakisha. You thought Simon was rude. Oh, Peg, you ain't seen nothin'yet!! Simon is the Prince of Rude. However, he is also usually right. He is cutting and Paula is so nice. Randy is kind of "it didn't do anything for me" if he doesn't like a performance. Simon tells it like it is.
