Me!!!!I try to never miss it. How about.."pants on the ground, pants on the ground. Lookin' like a fool with yo pants on the ground". Kind of 2010's 'She Bangs'. Or is that before you all started watching AI?
By the way Peg..are you getting your other knee done so that you can be on Dancing With the Stars?
That is before I started to watch.

Our TV is awesome. I can't believe we ever did without it. It is just perfect for us, just the right size, right color tone...We got a small "home theatre" audio set up, so it sounds good too. Michael talked the woman at Radio Shack into giving him the Black Friday price on Wednesday by telling her it was a "gift for his wife who just had surgery and would be stuck in front of the TV." She thought that was so sweet. Isn't that a riot? No lines, nothing (they opened at 6 a.m.) Gotta love my man.

I'm here!!! Watched it last week and look forward to getting to Hollywood. The auditions get boring after a while. The big news here is a girl from Middlebury (the town next to us) made it to hollywood. They even did one of those little stories about her. She was the one that was close to her grandmother and speaks Portuguese. Her name is Katie Stevens, Pete actually had her in his SAT class this past fall.

Nate takes Sopresseta(sp) (Italian Salami) and cheese and a few pieces of italian bread.
Listen..I don't know how the AI post triggered a recipe exchange/discussion but a friend of mine just gave me this recipe for corn on the cob. (I was reading a couple of the older posts and Cassi mentioned corn on the cob)Steam /boil corn. Brush on mayonnaise (yup that's what I said mayo),roll in grated parmesean and broil. I'm making a PLATE for myself as soon as my braces come off!

Just getting my feet back on the ground from either a really bad flare-up or the flu. I was in bed for four days. I had a doctor's appt. the day before I came down with it--probably got it there. No fever though, so maybe just the fibro.
Anyway, my favorite so far is the squeaky looking guy that sounded like Bob Dylan. He just held his guitar--can't for the life of me remember what he sang.
I'm glad they aren't doing three nights a week this year. That was a bit much. As long as it doesn't get in the way of "House."

I'm hoping to get the braces off by May. But I'm going to try not to get too married to the idea so as not to be disappointed.
On the corn issue..yeah, nothing like virgin Jersey corn but we all can't be in Jersey.
AI-I don't think that they let us see any of the REALLY good contestants. Do you remember Adam from tryouts last year? Not me.
