It's 4:27 AM and I... am... almost... done... My thesis is due in 12 hours and that will be the bitter end of college--It doesn't seem fair.
(I can SEE y'all rolling your eyes at me and thinking Oh she has no idea just how unfair it is!)
Five years later and I am not ready to be done...
I certainly know now why you all adopted 7-year plans!
I'm sure you all remember the array of emotions. Crazy, incredible excitement, a deep sense of pride in what you've accomplished... and that brick-like feeling in the pit of your stomach when you realize there is no REWIND button. Deep breath, take it all in... and prepare to walk away.
Is everyone depressed with me now? Well, I had a job interview today at the Hospital of UPenn and I should hear back in the next day or two. Will keep you posted... Love - CAS

Whooooo Tex- as Jason would say "Welcome to the world of two weeks of vaction". When I think of the ride you have been on as we all watched rather awestruck from the sidelines, I am amazed! Some of us drooled at the thought of your European adventure and shivered with the thought of your treks to Isreal (a war zone after all). Skydiving... and then I'm sure there were the things you DIDN'T tell!!!
The hospital would be crazy not to take you. I'm sure it is not just your familia who recognize your special talents.
Looking forward to spending your celebration weekend with you.
We are all as proud as can be. It's people like you who save the world...one step at a time!
